Pinwheel Pincushions, plus a chance to win one…

Today is the day to show you my pinwheel pincushions – its all part of the ‘Blog Remix Season 2’ hosted by The Fat Quarter Shop.

There is so much eye candy, here is a list of the events:

I was lucky enough to receive a beautiful charm pack from @honeybeecloths.

A collection called SunnySide Up by Corey Yoder for Moda

These are the perfect little scrap busting project and so useful, you can never have enough pincushions – they make lovely gifts too

***I got slightly carried away making these, as they are so adorable, so I’m giving one away to a lucky winner, plus some Sunnyside Up fabric, so you can have a go making one yourself ***

  1. Hi Michelle! I’m commenting not because I’d like to win a pin cushion but because they are so DARN cute. Those fabrics you chose are just perfect, and you do such a nice job. So if one of these cute bundles made their way to my home, I wouldn’t turned any of them away. They just make me smile – how can they not?! ~smile~ Roseanne

  2. Good morning. Oh these are lovely. I love them all especially bottom left with the pink. These fabrics are wonderful. I have a bunch of little scraps that would work. Thank you

  3. Hi Michelle. They are all lovely – are you going to do a tutorial on them? I love them all but the bottom right one really speaks to me. MichelleinScotland

  4. Those are adorable pincushions!! I would be happy with any one of them .. Maybe the bottom left? Way too hard to choose! Thank you for sharing. I’d love the pattern but don’t do videos .. too cute, though. Pinwheels is one of my favorite blocks.

  5. What a beautiful group of pincushions. They would make any quilter happy. And they do look easy to make! Thanks for the link to FQS video. The bottom left is my favorite.

  6. So darn cute – your fabric choices remind me of spring and autumn. Sweet of you to offer one as a giveaway, and since autumn is my favorite season I would choose the top left. Thanks for the link to the pattern – make great little gifts.

  8. If I were to win, I would choose the bottom left one. I plan on making at least four of these, one for each of my daughters since they all sew. What a cute pattern!
