The ultimate chocolate indulgence!

Whip up a batch of these amazing ‘melt in your mouth’  dark chocolate brownies, perfect for any special occasion 😍

Heres what you’ll need:

  • 180g of Bournville dark chocolate -melted
  • 175g of unsalted butter – melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 130g plain flour
  • 150g of dark brown sugar
  • 150g of castor sugar
  • 23 x 23 cm lined tin

Melt the butter and chocolate together. Whisk the eggs and add the flour and sugars till smooth and looking like caramel 🙂 then gradually add the melted ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour mixture in a tin (23 x 23cm)  lined with baking paper. Bake on the oven for 35-40 mins at 170C.


Brownies should be flaky on top but soft and gooey in the middle. Leave to cool completely. Then indulge with some vanilla ice cream… 😋
